Thomas Arthy Will of 1791. A wealthy gentleman.  It should be noted that his son Thomas Arthy was in some way ill. His father's bequest to him was an annuity and when he did come into a little property,his brother Joseph bought it off him, by contract, and then left it to their cousin in his will..  1/1/1762 was a Churchwalden in Wivenhoe.
